Zest Counselling and Psychology

Zest means approaching a situation, or life in general, with excitement and energy, not approaching tasks or activities halfway or halfheartedly

Always listening, never judging

Zest Counselling and Psychology is guided by the principle ‘always listening, never judging’. In doing so, we will practice within our virtues of compassion and empathy; curiosity, openness, and honesty; respect and autonomy; and safety and security.

Dr Robbie Eres (he/they)

Robbie is a queer clinical psychologist with experience in gender, sex and sexuality, pain management, interpersonal difficulties, and identity concerns more broadly. He is a firm believer that everyone has the right to live an authentic life and will affirm people accordingly. Robbie has also been involved in academic research for 15 years and uses this knowledge to inform their clinical practice.

Zest Counselling and Psychology acknowledges the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, traditional custodians of the land upon which we practice. We pay our respects to to elders past, present, and emerging, and acknowledge that this lang was stolen and never ceded. This land always was, and always will be Aboriginal land.
